How does one re-format an EXCEL cell from the standard english format
("XX.X%") to the standard french format ("XX,X %")? Thanks. |

Change the language settings, Control Panel Regional and Language

thanks, but I believe this would change the settings for every spreadsheet on
my PC. I'm only looking to change the formatting for selected cells in selected worksheets.
