Default How to hide a formula and display something else?

I have a cell with a PV function and I want to know how to leave that
function active in that same cell but I want to only have the words "PV" be
visible in cell. How can I do that?

Used a Named Formula;

Forget to mention, Custom Format the cell as: "PV"

I have that same formula in other cells but i only want that particular cell
to display something different. Do you know how?

As as I said afterwards, custom format the cell as "PV"
