Default Match or Vlookup

I have the following data and need to extract only the data where the value =
false
The true / false is Column D with Column H
A B C D E F
G H
1227 1164 Prog03 ST9 1164 Prog03 ST9 TRUE
1228 1277 Prog02 ST7 1277 Prog02 ST7 TRUE
1229 1166 Prog03 ST9 1166 Prog02 ST7 FALSE
1230 1278 Prog02 ST7 1278 Prog02 ST7 TRUE
1231 1279 Prog05 STE 1279 Prog02 ST7 FALSE
1232 1280 Prog01 ST8 1280 Prog01 ST8 TRUE
1233 1281 Prog02 ST7 1281 Prog02 ST7 TRUE
1234 1282 Prog02 ST7 1282 Prog02 ST7 TRUE
1235 1175 Prog03 ST9 1175 Prog03 ST9 TRUE
1236 1283 Prog01 ST8 1283 Prog01 ST8 TRUE
1237 1284 Prog01 ST8 1284 Prog01 ST8 TRUE
1238 1285 Prog02 ST7 1285 Prog02 ST7 TRUE
1239 1180 Prog04 ST9 1180 Prog02 ST7 FALSE
1240 1286 Prog01 ST8 1286 Prog01 ST8 TRUE
1241 1287 Prog02 ST7 1287 Prog02 ST7 TRUE
1242 1288 Prog01 ST8 1288 Prog01 ST8 TRUE
1243 1291 Prog03 ST9 1291 Prog02 ST7 FALSE
1244 1289 Prog01 ST8 1289 Prog01 ST8 TRUE
1245 1290 Prog02 ST7 1290 Prog02 ST7 TRUE
1246 1292 Prog01 ST8 1292 Prog01 ST8 TRUE
1247 1293 Prog03 ST9 1293 Prog03 ST9 TRUE
1248 1294 Prog02 ST7 1294 Prog02 ST7 TRUE
1249 1295 Prog02 ST7 1295 Prog02 ST7 TRUE
1250 1296 Prog02 ST7 1296 Prog02 ST7 TRUE
1251 1297 Prog05 STE 1299 Prog03 ST9 FALSE
1252 1298 Prog01 ST8 1298 Prog01 ST8 TRUE
1253 1299 Prog03 ST9 1297 Prog05 STE FALSE
1254 1300 Prog02 ST7 1300 Prog02 ST7 TRUE
1255 1301 Prog01 ST8 1301 Prog01 ST8 TRUE

What I would like is this on a seperate "results" sheet
A B C D E F
G H
1229 1166 Prog03 ST9 1166 Prog02 ST7 FALSE
1231 1279 Prog05 STE 1279 Prog02 ST7 FALSE
1239 1180 Prog04 ST9 1180 Prog02 ST7 FALSE
1243 1291 Prog03 ST9 1291 Prog02 ST7 FALSE
1251 1297 Prog05 STE 1299 Prog03 ST9 FALSE
1253 1299 Prog03 ST9 1297 Prog05 STE FALSE

I know I could sort on column H but this would mess up the formula I have

if you highlight all columns A through H, then sort on col. H, it will be fine.
won't it?
