Default recently viewed items in Excel

I am trying to, show recently viewed excel spread sheets under excel in the
start menu. I have this option in Word 2007, and One Note 2007 but not under
Excel 2007. I checked Excel options, advanced, and there is a number of
recently viewed doc. in box. But still nothing under Excel on start menu. Am
I missing something? I am using Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Home and
Student 2007
