Default xlt start book

I opened the xlt file in my start folder and added a defined name. I must
have done something else because now whenever my Excel 2003 opens it gives me
the Microsoft Excel 4 macro warning before it loads Book1. After Book1 loads
(either enabling the macros or not), I look for the macro and cannot find it.
How do I resave my starting XLT file so that I don't have any macros
attached and don't get this message?

Thanks for your help.
