Default Name scope within a workbook

I have 3 different workbooks open. A sheet within one workbook contains a
number of named Ranges. When I copy the sheet into one of the other workbooks
the Named ranges gets a scoop of the whole Workbook but when i copy the same
sheet to the second workbook it only get a Wortsheet scoop. Why?
I hope I have made my self understood.
I am using Office 2007, I don't think I hade the same problem with Office XP.

Regards Christer
