I want to know how to display a phone number with a zero prefix or a series
of digits with a prefix of zero e.g 0427. When I input 0427 the cell shows 427. |

Format the cells to 0000. Right clickFormat CellsFrom the list select
'Custom' and enter 0000 in Type field.
