When you are putting data of that type into Excel, you need to make sure
that the order of the date format agrees with what you have specified as the order in Windows Regional Options (in Control Panel, not in Excel). Once the data has been recognised as a date (not as text) and stored as a date in Excel, you can use Excel's "Format Cells" to display the dates in whichever format you prefer. -- David Biddulph "Eric" wrote in message ...
