I have a customer that just asked an interesting question.
They are using Excel 2007 and adding things to their Quick Access Toolbar. Each day when they login their Quick Access Toolbar is reset to the default. I explained that this is not the norm with Excel. She went on to explain that her company is using Thin Client. I assume that this is where the problem lies. Is there any way around this when one uses Thin Client? Any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks! Jugglertwo |
