Default CAN I CUSTOMISE PASSWORD MESSAGE BOX IN EXCEL

I have password protected Excel workbook using tools. Rhis works perfectly,
except users are forgetting the password - can I either amend the standard
password prompt message to include a hint, or is there a screentip equivalent
that be coded in, so if they hover over the message box it displays the hint
