Don,
To do a 'soft return' in a cell, hit ALT+Enter. This will allow you to add another line in the same cell. You may also want to look at Visio or Outlook for making a calendar. Both are much better suited for this type of project. Hope that helps. "Don Pell" wrote: I am making a calandar on an excell spreadsheet.
