Default Wording's Colour Change for Logic Function

Hi all,

any1 know how to create "IF" function such that the Value it presents is of
a certain colour for different condition?

E.g.: "=IF(M100, "OK", "NOTOK")", "OK" will appear as Green colour wording,
and "NOT OK" as Red colour wording.
