I put 'Excel attendance template' into Google and got 4.2 million hits with this looking the most promising http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ex...216811033.aspx -- Mike When competing hypotheses are otherwise equal, adopt the hypothesis that introduces the fewest assumptions while still sufficiently answering the question.
