Default Printing makes window inactive

A colleague of mine complains that every time he has printed his worksheet
the Excel window becomes inactive. Of course he just clicks with the mouse to
re-activate the window, but it must be possible to change a setting or
something??

Perhaps it is something related to the printer that your colleague is
using.
