Default Additional colours

Good evening all,

I have been playing (experimenting) with colouring alternative spreadsheet rows using
Conditional Formatting and am happy with the result with the exception that I'm not 100%
happy with the basic colour choices.
Does anyone know if there is an add-in or similar whereby one can select various hues and
tones - preferably without using VBA ?

Excel 2002, by the way.

Thanks in advance

Peter

Here is a great reference on everything to do with color.

http://www.cpearson.com/excel/colors.aspx

Note that while XL can display any of the 16million colours it can only use
56 colours at a time...

Tools | Options | Color tab and Modify to change the colors. Make sure you
understand the 56 colors thing before you start. Changing a colour means that
you are changing everything that is that is that colur.
