Default Inserting picture into spreadsheet

When you have inserted a picture into your Excel spreadsheet, how do you
actually insert it into a cell?

Picture actually float above the cell. You adjust the size to fit the borders,
but it's not really in the cell.

Hmmm..., Two possibilities:
1) In cell A1 - declare a 'Comment and insert, the picture, into the comment
stretch the comment borders so that they meet, exactelly, cells A1 borders.
2) Copy it on cell A1 make its borders to be 1 mm smaller that the cells
Border.
If you do so - the picture will "stay" within that cell even when sorting.
*** Have a look he
