It seems that you may have print scaling set to 1 pg wide by 1 pg tall. Try
adjusting to more tall. Or

row height or play with the margins, the row portion of the sheet looks
pretty small not only that the font sizes which earlier looked good now
are
small and cannot be increased in size
Is there a away to increase the row heights and font sizes to make the
sheet
better and more filling and presentable?
