I have extracted data from a PDF file into Excel using Able to Extract
program. In the PDF file, negative numbers are stored with the minus at the
end., ie., 12345.00-. I need the numbers to have the minus in the front,
i.e., -12345.00. I cannot get Excel to format for me. Any suggestions?

Select the cells with the -ve figures..From menu DataText to ColumnsHit
'Next' and again 'Next' will take you to Step3 of the Wizard.
Click on Advanced and make sure 'Trailing minus for negative numbers' is
checked and hit OKFinished..
