Default Tabs

In my ACCESS program, the Home, Create, External Data,.....etc tabs are all
expanded. In EXCEL the tabs must be clicked each time to use the columns
underneath. Is there a way to make them stay there. I can't figure it out
from the help column

Default Tabs

Right-click on the Home Tab and uncheck "Minimize the Ribbon"
