Copying Conditional formatting
I am trying to copy conditional formatting for specific cells from one row
and past them to another. I cannot use the format painter because I need to retain the existing visible format. How can I copy and paste just the conditional rules? |

Copying Conditional formatting
IN EXCEL 2007 if you have Cond Formatting over the following range (for
example):- E 1 to F 8 - if you do a Ctrl-C of cells E 8 and F 8 inclusive - and copy that down to cells E 9 and F 9 the Cond Formatting will copy down as well. You can also amend the rules through:- Home / Conditional Formatting / Manage Rules / Please hit Yes if my comments have helped. Thanks.
