This formula will give you the date of last occurance

=INDEX(Table,MAX(IF(C2:C100,ROW(A2:A10))),1)

This formula will give you the date of first occurance

=INDEX(Table,MIN(IF(C2:C100,ROW(A2:A10))),1)

For both formulas enter:ctrl+Shift+Enter
