How to I copy an Excel spreadsheet to my HP IPaq PDA?

Either go to the 'Mobile device' under My Computer and drag and drop or
place it in the folder Activesync sets up to syncronise files on your PDA
with those on your PC and then run a sync. This folder is normally in my
Documents, but should also have a shortcut on the desktop.
