Default Invalid references

I have several workbooks with many tabs in each. In several tabs, I have
cells which refers to data on different tabs or even in different workbooks.

Often I get an error messags as follows

"The workbook you opened contains automatic links to information in another
workbook. Do you want to update the workbook with changes to made to the
other workbook." Whichever cells are triggering this message, is definately
invalid.

How to I get the Excel program to list these rogue cells without having to
walk though each cell and analyze the reference?

Thanks
