i have a sheet where i put my open and close tickets choosing them from drop
down menu , so i want to have a counter to revert back the number of each automatically and display them on the side ?! |

"revert" means to change back to the original choice.
Is that what you want? Or maybe you want to have a cell that adds up the number of times you select an opening ticket? And another cell to add up the number of times you select a closing ticket? Please clarify.
