Return value based on 2 items
please help am not very good at explaining things but this is my sample list
05 p5 Q5 Customer Description Cost Tom Plow 1-6 $50.00 Tom Plow 6.1-12 $100.00 Tom Plow 12 .1-18 $150.00 Tom Plow 18.1-24 $200.00 Tom Salt $25.00 Tom Shovel 1-6 $25.00 Tom Shovel 6.1-12 $50.00 Tom Shovel 12.1-18 $100.00 Tom Shovel 18.1 $150.00 Tom Calcium $20.00 Tom ReOpen $25.00 Tom Fuel Surcharge $5.00 Jim Plow 1-6 $60.00 Jim Plow 6.1-12 $120.00 Jim Plow 12 .1-18 $180.00 Jim Plow 18.1-24 $220.00 Jim Salt $45.00 Jim Shovel 1-6 $25.00 Jim Shovel 6.1-12 $50.00 Jim Shovel 12.1-18 $55.00 Jim Shovel 18.1 $60.00 Jim Calcium $20.00 Jim ReOpen $3.00 Jim Fuel Surcharge $5.00 Now in that same spread sheet I have 3 columns with the headings Customer(drop down list to select customer) Description(drop down list to select description of service) Cost(now i need this to populate automatically. the cost based on Customer as well as Descrition of service. So if i select tom and Shovel 1-6 the Cost should auto return $25.00 in that cell. Hope this helps!! thanks all u guys r great -- Message posted via http://www.officekb.com |
