I HAVE A COL OF NAME IN ALL CAPS. CAN THEY BE CHANGED TO LOWER CASE WITHOUT
HAVING TO TYPE IT OVER AGAIN. TKS |

In anotehr column apply the below formula and copy down as reuauired. Once

Use the formula LOWER(A1) in an empty column and copy down.
