Default Forumlas Aren't Auto Recalculating

Hello

I just deleted (delete key) data that is used by dsum and vlookup forumlas
throughout a workbook. The formulas should be showing zero. Instead, they
still show the answer as if the data was not deleted. The different tabs are
not stuck in calculate mode (shows ready in lower left corner). I tried
using F9 to force the tabs to recalculate but nothing happens. If I place my
cursor in a cell with a formula that referenced the data and hit enter, the
formula goes to zero like it should. I checked to make sure auto calculate
is on and it is.

What would cause this problem? There are hundreds of formulas that
referenced this information. It will be a major chore to go throught the
workbook and put the cursor in each cell and hit enter to zero out the
formula. Is there a way to fix this problem? Others within my company have
reported this problem in other files.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Highlight all the cells in that workbook and do CTRL-H (Find &
replace) Find = and replace with itself.

Hope this helps.
