Hi,
Would you please help me to understand the formula below? What is the "
+'All information Data' ? I know that the "All information Data" is a name of
the sheet, but I am not sure about the + sign before it.

The "+" is not really required.

Gary gave you the correct answer, here is the answer to "why did someone put
it there?"
Many old times (like me) started or spreadsheet life with Lotus (or
VisiCalc) and that required a formula to begin with +
Some have not broken the habit (old dogs/ new tricks?)
