go to page Layout, page set up choose print Titles and look into Header and
footer

You waqnt to change the Author's name for one particular workbook?

In 2003.........FilePropertiesStatistics.

In 2007.........ButtonPrepare

Change name and save workbook.

To change default name for all new workbooks change the name found

in 2003........ToolsOptionsGeneralUser Name

in 2007........ButtonExcel OptionsPersonalize your copy of OfficeUser
