Hi,
When I select Calculated Item in Pivot table formula I received an error message saying Multiple data field on the same field are not supported when a Pivot table report has calculated Item. In my Data table I have one column with a formula selecting is this a SalesA,B,Refusal or Pending. and show: A,B, R, P What I need to do is quite simple: I needs to add A and B together in the Pivot Table only My Fields "Status" Show By Salesman SalesA, SalesB, Refusal, Pending. Then I have a total for all For each Data Field I have Sum # and % of the total Example: A B R P Total# Stat# Stat% Stat# Stat% Stat# Stat% Stat# Stat% 2 8.70% 1 4.35% 1 4.35% 19 82.61% 23 100% Need 1 Column in Pivot table saying: Total A+B# Total A+B% 2 8.70% Looks simple, however I can't figure the way to do this. Thanks for your help. |
