Default How to round up to the nearest five

I agree that he confused the issue with his statement:
"round UP... nearest 5..."
which would imply that 6 should be rounded DOWN to 5, but the example data
showed "a 6 to a 10 and 1132 to 1135" so it does look like always round up.
