Default EXCEL 2007 -INSERT WORK SHEET ICON

When the number of sheets increases, the INSERT WORK SHEET ICON is not
displayed.
Why not you keep it visible always.

Default EXCEL 2007 -INSERT WORK SHEET ICON

"Insert" is on the Worksheet Tab context menu, also Shift+F11 will
insert a Worksheet.
