Default Scroll Lock key to hold cell and return to it

Once I use scroll lock key to hold a cell, what key do I use to return to
that spot?

One way...

Function key F5Specialselect Current RegionOK
F5Alt+S itself will take you there Hit Esc key to close the Goto window

Thank you ..are you sure there is not another way?.. I thought I remember a
simplier faster way.....
