I'm having a problem with the find and repalce fucntion of Excel.

I have a simple worksheet tht has about 20 cells that are linked to another
worksheet. The link says this "=+'W:\Courtney\[CONSFEE.XLS]Oct09 Consol Fee
'!$C$12". Each month, all I want to do is update the Sept09, for example, to
the next month, which in this instance is Oct09. When I use the find and
replace function I get an error message that says something to the effect
that I typed something wrong, or that there is no such destination file. Or,
for every cell I am trying to replace, it tells me that the worksheet I am
looking for is not found in the workbook I'm looking in. I then have to
navigate to the correct worksheet and repeat that step for every cell. I
have not typed anything incorrectly and have used this same fucntion multiple
times on other worksheets without incident.

Can someone offer assistance?

Thanks
