You can't change the font using Format|conditional Formatting (at least not in
xl2003). It may make your life much easier if you used two cells. Milind Keer wrote: hi all how can i change font using conditional formatting?? in fron my data i want to populate "!" (Font - Arial) or "ü" (Font -tick mark in Wingdings) based on condition... If I set font as Arial to that cell it always displays "ü" and not tick mark.. I have to manually go and change the font to Wingdings to make tick mark visible. Any idea how can I handle this using conditional formatting?? or do i need to do a coding if yes!! how?? -Milind -- Dave Peterson |
