Default "Fit for Excel?" checklist for applications

As part of an "End User Computing" validation role I'm making a
checklist to ask if an application currently in Excel is "Fit for
Excel", or better off on some other platform.
Eg. is the file 150Mb?
Does is consist of multi-dimensional data?
Is calculation time slow?
are there multiple simultaneous users?

Can anyone think of any other questions that would be worth adding, or
even come across a similar checklist before?

My problem is that i'm so Excel-headed that if there's an issue I
start to think of ways to solve it in Excel rather than thinking this
shouldn't be in Excel.

Thanks in advance.
