Default Excel 2003 Clipboard

Hello,
I keep getting this message: "There is a large amount of information on the
Clipboard. Do you want to be able to paste this information into another
program later?" I keep selecting no. I've also gone to Edit Office
Clipboard and cleared everything on the clipboard, but I continue to get the
above message. How can I can I fix this?

Thank you!
