Excel - Grid Lookup
How do I come up with a formula that looks at multiple in between numbers on
a grid for bonus purposes: Net Sales to PLAN 94.00 100.00 102.00 104.00 105.00 108.00+ 99.00 101.99 103.99 105.99 107.99 PACE to PLAN 96.99 99.99 40 % 50% 60% 70% 80% 90% 100.00 101.99 50 % 100% 110% 120% 130% 140% 102.00 103.99 60 % 110 % 130 % 140 % 150% 160% 104.00 105.99 106.00 107.99 108.00 109.99 110.00+ So that if Net Sales to Plan is 101.5 and PACE to Plan is 100.50 the result is 100 % as an example Thanks a million David M. |

Excel - Grid Lookup
I'm not sure exactly what you mean but it sounds like using the COUNTIF
formula may well be the begining of your formula. I'd have a look at the F1 description of COUNTIF and see if that is going to assist you in what you are trying to do. Sorry i can't be more help. -- Jim "DMGCPA" wrote: How do I come up with a formula that looks at multiple in between numbers on a grid for bonus purposes: Net Sales to PLAN 94.00 100.00 102.00 104.00 105.00 108.00+ 99.00 101.99 103.99 105.99 107.99 PACE to PLAN 96.99 99.99 40 % 50% 60% 70% 80% 90% 100.00 101.99 50 % 100% 110% 120% 130% 140% 102.00 103.99 60 % 110 % 130 % 140 % 150% 160% 104.00 105.99 106.00 107.99 108.00 109.99 110.00+ So that if Net Sales to Plan is 101.5 and PACE to Plan is 100.50 the result is 100 % as an example Thanks a million David M. |
