How to make a long sentence wordwrap
Using Excel 2002, I copied a long sentence into a spreadsheet. Since it
didn't word-wrap, it extends way past the edge of the screen...requiring much scrolling each time I want to read the entire sentence. Is there a way to make this sentence word-wrap at the edge of the screen so that it is easy to read. I am regularly copying text into this spreadsheet and this is a big problem. Is there a solution? jc |

How to make a long sentence wordwrap
Block the cells from the beginning of te text to the end of the screen, then
sufficient rows down to accomodate all the text, click on Edit, Fill, Justify. Else, press <F2, and then, where you want it to wrap, press <Alt<Enter -- HTH Kassie Replace xxx with hotmail "jbclem3" wrote: Using Excel 2002, I copied a long sentence into a spreadsheet.
