I have an Excel spreadsheet in which I create the details of contract quotes.
Various areas of this sheet are linked to a Word document which is the actual quotation and has all the images, terms and conditions etc. The links work fine within the folder in which I created them but I would like to move them to a different location. However, when I try, I find that I lose the links and there appears to be no way of re-establishing them. I have tried going to the 'Prepare' option in the office button and using the updating/edit links functions but without success. Can anyone explain what I am doing wrong, please? |
