Default How do I get red of a window pops out when I open excel sheet

I recently downloaded an excel sheet from a friend of mine which helps me
doing some calculations. The problem is, everytime I open it a small window
pops out for a couple of seconds with information about the company who
created the sheet and some logos.
Does anyone know how to get red of this message?
Regards,

Perhaps you should ask your "friend" if they desire for you to NOT have the
msg.
