Excel 2003 is Better than Newest Ones!?
 

Hi everyone,

I found Excel 2003 is more friendly than Excel newest version!
Location of many funtions of newest version are no longer easy to
find. For example, "help", macro "buttons", etc. are just few to list.

There are also some problems with graphs, even some bugs can be
traced!

It is a shame indeed! New versions should add enhancements; not put
bottlenecks!

appreciate the changes, you will change your mind.

I still use Excel 2002 but I think some of the mathematical features
have been improved in the latest versions, notably curve fitting and
generation of pseudo-random numbers. I've got some work arounds and I
don't intend to get a newer version until I replace my machine.

The thing I don't like about Excel 2007 is the user interface. I will
*never* like it so I'll just have to tolerate it. I use Excel 2002 unless I
*must* use Excel 2007.

I don't do complex statistical analysis (not in my job description) so I
can't comment on those aspects with regards to versions.

Who is "most"? I don't like 2007, and none of my clients have liked it.
One even yelled at me about it for a half hour (hey, it's billable!).
