Default Conditional List dropdowns?

Hi, i'm looking to add a condition to certain list drop-down options based
upon the selection in a prior dropdown, is this possible?

For example dropdown A, you can select Red, Blue or Green
Dropdown B, if they have selected Red - they can choose between Car, Van,
Bike. If they have selected Blue then it is Boat, Plane, Walk etc...so the
selection choices in dropdown B are contingent on the selection in dropdown A
