Default Format cell to always begin with an "X"

Is it possible to format a cell to always add an "X" at the beginning of the
data input in the cell? I imagine it can be done under
CellFormatNumberCustom but am wondering exactly what I would have to put
as the format.

Thanks in advance for your assistance!
