Default Find and replace results can the appearance of find be different?

Depending on the version of excel you're using, maybe you use Replace to change
the value and the format (bold red may stand out more).

Default Find and replace results can the appearance of find be different?

After running the Find All command, hit CTRL + a in the "found" dialog box.

Then hit the "fill color" icon.
