Default Singling out searched cells

I'm creating a customer database, and I would like to be able to search for
values and ONLY show those that match. For instance, if I search for Apples,
I only get the lines with cells containing "Apples". Right now, with ctrl + F
it only shows me where they are in the document, I need it to acutally
isolate the rows.
