Default Formula after division

Need to display the gross margin as a percentage (easy enough) but after
dividing my 2 known amounts I need to subtrack several cells to get the
correct value. What is the formula string to subtract these cells?

not sure what you want to do without an example but try

=(A2/B1)-C2-D2
