Default Copy several row headers to rows (blank) below for each header

Efficient and fastest way to copy several row headers to rows below (maybe 2
or more blank rows) for each header.
Thanks

Rechie,

Select all the cells, then use Edit / Go To.... Special Blank Cells OK then type = and
select the header cell of the column with the current active cell, then press F4 until you get a $
in front of the row (say, like =A$3) and press Ctrl - Enter. Then if you want to convert those
cells to values, copy all the cells and paste special values....
