Default 2007 Excel sucks - cant freeze multiple rows & columns anymore

Help (of course unless you know F1 anymore you cant get to help via menu
either) says you can, but "menu" no longer allows option of freezing more
that the first row or first column in a worksheet - the more it gets
"improved" the worse things get.
