I am using Excel 2000. I installed the auto-save function today and set it
for every 10 minutes, with the prompt before saving box checked because I know that when I save, my undo and redo functions will not work. So after installing I began working on a spreadsheet. During that time the autosave prompt showed up and I clicked cancel. After clicking cancel, my redo function disappeared, but my undo function stayed active. Even after I undid an entry, my redo would not reactivate. The only way to get it active was to close my spreadsheet and reopen it. Could anyone give me some advice on what to do so I don't lose my redo function? The only thing I can think of is to disable the auto-save but that seems like defeating the purpose of having it installed. Thanks. |
